kici8900 - this non-member was trying the Decline All Trades scam.
travis666 (member) - this person was saying "Whoever sends me the best underwater rare I will send my legendary glove." Ran away when someone sent them a rare item (and was called out as a scammer by that person) when the promised glove was not sent.
One other non member said that and I lost my blue dragon glove. D: His name is problem1.
